Bob Robinson is an accomplished retail operations leader with more than four decades of experience driving performance, operational excellence, and customer-focused innovation across nationally recognized brands. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations for Lori’s Gifts, Bob oversees strategic execution and organizational performance for the nation’s leading operator of hospital gift shops.

Since joining Lori’s Gifts in 2018—first as Regional Vice President and now as VP of Operations—he has played a pivotal role in elevating merchandising strategies, strengthening hospital partnerships, and enhancing the in-store experience to bring comfort and connection to patients, families, and healthcare staff nationwide. His leadership is grounded in a deep commitment to people, process, and purpose.

Before joining Lori’s Gifts, Bob built an extensive career in retail leadership with well-known brands including TUMI, Eddie Bauer, The Children’s Place, Party City, EXPRESS, Toys “R” Us, and H-E-B. His multi-unit, flagship, and district leadership roles gave him broad expertise in operational standards, inventory integrity, training, merchandising, and large-scale process development. Notably, during his 20-year tenure at H-E-B, Bob earned the company’s Excellence in Management Award, opened 44 stores in just 24 months, and oversaw $488 million in district sales.
